It was breaking down, so I got in touch with their repair dept. They said simply, Send it in and we'll fix it. Next message from them was an invoice for $60. About one-third the cost of a new unit to repair the two switches and LEDs. I paid, no questions. After making the full payment, I emailed them to comment/complain. Here is Mike Fuller's personal response:

Boss ME25 Guitar Multi Effect Pedal Review

(More customer reviews)This compact pedal/stompbox/pc DAW interface/tuner/loop station is so far the best pedal investment I've made. It is simple to use right out of the box. Although I would like to be able to make changes on the fly in a more simple manner, I love it. I am still on the same set of batteries I started with a month ago. Compared to my Fender VG strat (loves to eat battereies) that is a miracle. I've yet to take advantage of the DAW interface or Looping feature.
I am a fan of the SRV/Hendrix changy (Super Reverb/Ibanez Tube Screamer) tones and I get that nicely from this pedal. It fits neatly into my gig bag (fishing tackle bag) along with my cables and other gear. I love the Boost and Solo button as well. It really adds the umph when you need it. I like that Boss has a consistent interface across all of their products so you are automatically somewhat familiar if you have other Boss products. The only issue is that I wish the manual was more comprehensive.
Overall, I love it!

Tonareli Fiberglass Cello Case w/ Wheels - Blue Review

(More customer reviews)This cello case arrived faster than i expected, and without any bangs or scratches or such. I think the seller did a good job. My only issues with it are that it smells heavily of chemicals, which i gather is pretty normal for a new case- the glue that is used to attach the liner to the shell is likely the culprit. also, it takes a bit of finesse to get it closed completely flush, as it has some wiggle to it. Once it is closed, though, it's very solid and should do an excellent job protecting my cello.
The wheels make some noise, but they roll very smoothly, and the handles are awesome.

Kun Collapsible Viola Shoulder Rest, Standard 15+ Inch Review

My daughter is still using it, but I expected a better product; I suppose it is a better deal and less expensive than the fabric slip-on Shoulder rests that cost 35.00 !
