(More customer reviews)According to my 9 year old son's violin teacher, this violin is a good value for the money. Also, as someone who has to hear her son practice every day, I could hear a clear difference between this one and our previous rented one. It also seems to stay tuned much longer than our previous one, almost from lesson to lesson (about a week). It made it much more pleasant for my son to practice every day and easier to hear his improvement.
