(More customer reviews)These strings are easy to install and produce adequate sound and vibrant tones for a student violin. My children play and pluck on the strings and they hold up fairly well to their wear and tear. My only caution is to avoid over-tightening the strings as too much tension may cause the bridge to collapse or the string to snap at tuning end of the violin's neck. Found this out the hard way....Other than that, the price is fair, especially for student violinists and produces adequate sound and timber.

It is lightweight and sturdy.
I wish they improve on,
1.The bow holder. It should be thinner. They are too wide. It is tricky to place the bow without breaking any hair ( See my picture).
2. The rosin compartment should have been bigger where we can fit shoulder rest too.Everything else is fantastic.
