It fits well in her lap, and though the case is kind of crappy, the guitar itself works very well for her. She loved the stickers that came with it, and even though we will be getting her a new guitar strap later on, this one works okay for right now. Its not something I expect her to be playing in thirty years, but it is a great starter piece for a kid.
