But it's too big around; the stick is a large diameter, and it has a rubberized wrap that adds even more to the diameter (I would have much preferred a wire wrapping as most bows have). This was for the kids, a 3/4 size, and the grip size is just too big for their hands. It feels larger than my 4/4 regular bow. I'll keep it as a backup bow for our 3/4 fiddle, since I can use it OK, but I'm going to get a traditional brazilwood bow for the kids.
