It's most likely that if you are purchasing this, you are being required to do so because your teacher has put it on your list of violin music to buy. The International Edition is probably the most expensive, but the binding is done much better than Schirmer's Edition, for example. Since this is an Etude book that you will likely use for years and years to come, it's probably best to purchase one with binding that won't fall apart in a year.
I purchased the 'cheaper' editions as a high school student and I have had to purchase International Editions of several of my standard pieces/etudes because the binding fell apart. If you are in it for the long run consider making an investment in quality binding
