(More customer reviews)As a violinist of over 20 years who simply needed a new bow to 'fiddle' around the house and play some Classical music for my sweetie, this did the trick nicely. The quality isn't anything to write home about, but as the saying goes, a good musician can make almost any instrument sound good. I have owned bows ranging in price from this one to several thousand dollars. As I am no longer playing professionally, it made more sense to get a good value and I am not at all disappointed with my purchase.
If you're a professional violinist, this is not the product for you, but I would trust this seller as they provided exactly what I was looking for. Beginners and violin enthusiasts will be pleased with this item. The reason I gave this 4 stars is that the hair on the bow was in decent condition, which was a happy surprise.
