(More customer reviews)This is a decent, straight beginner bow. I'm actually surprised at how good it is (I haven't shopped for cheap bows in 15 years, though, and the importers have gotten much better at the quality of instruments they're selling in the US in the past decade). I don't play well enough to have much of a feel for weight or other quality issues, but I know I've seen much worse ones in the past coming out of China etc, and this bow is lighter and better balanced than a comparably priced fiberglass clunker. For $20, I'm quite pleased!
