(More customer reviews)At a price of around $50, and Made in Germany on the label, one might expect good quality and effective performance from this shoulder rest. It gave me neither. I bought it because the description promised one could make customized adjustments by bending it to a perfect fit. However, the instructions that came with it were very limited, and I was left to trial and error to get it to fit. I struggled with it for two months! The idea is good, but without better instructions, it was impossible to get it right. Worse yet, because I was bending it so often to try to get it to fit, the metal around the center grommets pulled loose and the shoulder rest became unstable and useless. When I reported this to the seller and asked for a refund or credit, they sent me a curt email saying they would not accept a return since the product was no longer in new condition and more than 30 days had passed since I bought it. Save half your money and buy a Kun shoulder rest.
