(More customer reviews)First of all, at Feb 5 2010, the picture does not correspond to the product. Search for pictures at google about suzuki style fine tuner.
The ones that I received are very nice, not turning problems and they arrived on time. The only detail is that the slit to put the string is too narrow for the lower strings, but I did not need to use any tool to finally put them in my violin.
If you have good strings I think this product is not recommendable because this type of fine tuner is going to destroy the croaked thread around the string.
