(More customer reviews)The G string is probably my favorite sounding string from this line of strings. Being a beginner I don't know what the best strings in the world are but I really like the sound of this G compared to others I have heard. It has more a warm sound and less metallic than the E string from the same set. Even though for the price you might as well just buy a whole pack but than again if you only need one than no big deal. One problem I did notice is the string vibrates or something and has a strange sound when it does but than again that could be my violin but if not than this would be a three or four star string.
