(More customer reviews)The clasp connects the charm to the chain is very soft. It opened up the first day my daughter tried the necklace on. Although we fixed it, I thought it is going to happen again. Three days later, I found the charm on the ground when we were watching a baseball game. Very bad design!
The Chain was broken 2 days later.
